At vidyttomp3.com, accessible from https://vidyttomp3.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by vidyttomp3.com and how we use it.
1. Ephemeral Data & Media File Policy
vidyttomp3 is an ephemeral processing service. When you submit a URL for conversion:
- The processing executes in a short-lived container.
- The converted file is stored in temporary storage for a maximum of 30 minutes to allow you to download it.
- Our automated server cron jobs automatically purge all media files and download tokens after 30 minutes. We do not maintain archival backups of user-converted files.
2. Log Files
vidyttomp3.com follows standard procedure for using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, preventing automated denial-of-service abuse, and gathering demographic information.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, vidyttomp3.com uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
4. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie & Third-Party Advertising
Google is one of our third-party vendors. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to www.website.com and other sites on the internet. However, visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
5. GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights
Under the GDPR (for European users) and CCPA (for California consumers), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of personal data, and opt out of data sharing. Because we do not require accounts or store personal user profiles, no long-term personal profiles exist in our systems.
